近期洗髮精、洗髮露、養髮液只要寫著添加「咖啡因」成分，都讓消費者趨之若鶩爭相購買，我也常在馬偕皮膚科中的落髮門診遇到患者詢問：謝醫師！咖啡因洗髮精廣告說對我的髮根有強健效果，還可以生髮耶！你看看這種好不好？
當然，就醫生的角度任何事情都要有科學根據的嘛！所以我搜集幾篇醫學文獻跟研究報導後，以我自己的論點探究這些號稱有含咖啡因洗髮精的產品，分享給大家囉！
